Why we believe in education

Organizations come to life when they make communications an integral part of their culture. This requires that everyone in the organization sees the value of communications and strives to cultivate their own expertise in it.

Many organizations genuinely want to develop a communications culture but find that making it happen is easier said than done. Sometimes this can result in a culture of dependence on the communications agency, which only perpetuates the problem. We believe that we do our best work when we give clients an opportunity to learn as much as they can from us and then empower them to move on to increasingly challenging projects and programs on their own. 
 


 

We foster education by:

  • Making a genuine effort to transfer our expertise to the client throughout the course of our work;
  • Helping the client grow an independent, in-house communications capacity that can be complemented by agency support if needed;
  • Offering clients a stimulating range of educational workshops, in addition to the ongoing transfer of our expertise.
