Sarah Verplancken consults mainly to organizations experiencing relentless changes in their internal and external ecosystems. She helps clients develop and apply psychologically informed strategies, founded on rigorous research, to address complex business challenges and organizational issues. Sarah works with the psychodynamics of individual and organizational change, an approach which pays attention to the role of unconscious processes and their impact on client systems. She consults to clients worldwide, ranging from multinational companies and trade associations to NGOs and international charities. She has 15 years’ experience of working with both small and large organizations in the agrifood, chemicals, biotech and healthcare sectors. Sarah holds a Master of Letters from the University of Oxford and is a Senior Member of St Hilda’s College, Oxford. She trained in psychodynamics at the Tavistock and Portman, an NHS Foundation Trust that promotes the psychological well-being of individuals, groups and organizations
