Barbara develops and oversees Prospero's meticulous project management processes and is the key operational driver behind the global programs we deliver. Before joining the agency, Barbara held editorial roles in the healthcare sector and today she advises on objective-setting for global communications programs and designs program delivery and evaluation processes that are aligned with our clients' goals. Barbara is Belgian and is a fluent speaker of English and Dutch.
